Another gold at the Imeretian Wine Competition

We would like to share another success from our winery. Our “Qvevri Tsitska (Oak)” has won the Imeretian Wine Challenge 2024.
The competition was organized by the DMO Imereti and the Imeretian Wine Association, with 100 Imeretian wines presented. The competition samples were tasted by a competent jury, which included Georgian and international wine experts. The competition allowed wines made from 100% Imeretian grape varieties or blends of up to 15% of other grape varieties, produced using any technology permitted by law, from any region of Georgia.
According to international standards, the awards were distributed as follows: 1 – Grand Gold, 16 – Gold, 29 – Silver, and 2 special prizes for the best red and white wines.
Our “Qvevri Tsitska (Oak)” received special praise and is the well-deserved holder of another gold medal.
